The LeAF Studio School

The LeAF Studio School will be a school within The North Bournemouth Learning and Achievement Federation. The school will deliver the national curriculum and the English Baccalaureate as well as the CREATE framework of skills, through project-based learning. We are working with a range of employers across the contraction, business, health and asocial care and childcare sectors.

Students will graduate from the LeAF Studio School with:

Good academic qualifications;
Vocationally specific learning;
Relevant sector specific skills and experience in an industry of individual interest;
Confidence to apply their learning in a work place setting;
Ambition to be successful in their chosen career field;
Clear direct on how to fulfil their career ambitions.

Over 70 youngsters are already taking part in our pilot Studio School which opened in September 2011, and are working with companies including Morgan Sindall, Liverpool Victoria, Greendale Construction, Barclays, H&M and JJB Sports.
